Location.
It was just fine but not a true 2 star.

Friendly management that sometimes does not answer the phone. Kitchenette with sparse utensils. Remodeling is in order for the hotel. Clean enough but frayed. This is a very good one star.

Not a hotel, it's an
apartment.

The Rooms have kitchens which are useless on short stays. Small beds. All of them are poorly constructed and noisy.

Bathroom was not stocked with supplies; shampoo, etc.

The location was nice.
The bed was rock hard and the pillows were like phone books.

The bed was absolutely horrible, the non-smoking room was a smoking room with some cheap air freshener, there were hairs and stains on my bed sheets when I arrived, the front desk agents were aloof, this should be de-listed, even when compared to other Extended Stay Americas. ...read more

Very convenient location.
It rank of smoke everywhere.

To start off we asked for a non smoking room and it rank of smoke and there was ashtrays all over, as well as cigarette burns on the bathroom sink area. When we alerted the front desk of this, we were told that the room has been non smoking for a very long time, whatever that means. We were tired and it is pretty hard to move rooms when you have a cranky kid with you. We were in Salt Lake for leisure and even though we were gone for most of the day we still got complaints from our downstairs neighbors due to noise level, bogus! And the other guest seemed more than shady just littering around the main lobby area for hours on end and actively listening and participating to any requests and questions you had for the front desk, but that's really a management issue. Overall, not a family oriented atmosphere. ...read more

Nothing.
Dirty, unprofessional, trashy.

This hotel is not even CLOSE to the other 2-star hotels I've stayed at. It is most definitely NO higher than a 1-star, and I'd even say that is pushing it. I booked this room for my parents and was horribly embarrassed. They are way too kind and positive, so they stayed anyway because at least the room was clean. That is more than I can say for the rest of the hotel, however, which was unkempt, dirty, and reeked of smoke. ...read more

Clean and
good location.
Nothing I really did not like. Just very no frills.

Clean. Very no frills. No hair dryer. No pool that I saw. Friendly, cooperative staff.

Fridge is always a plus when traveling with little ones.
Bed was uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly. Guests were a bit noisy since it is an extended stay hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I couldn't get any sleep. The reason we stayed overnight was so that we'd be rested for doctor appointments the next morning and driving home and we were both very exhausted because of the bed and pillows. ...read more
